Hello! I'm Jake - a videographer and creator based in Brooklyn, NY.

My Youtube channel, KALE ROBOT, has served as my creative outlet for storytelling and recipe development since I first picked up a camera in 2022.

I've spent close to 20 years managing and operating restaurants. In 2012 I was recognized by Zagat and awarded 30 Under 30 distinction for New York City. I've worked with with talented chefs and creatives at New York City eateries including Motorino Pizza, Jean-Georges' abcV, and currently Morgenstern's Finest Ice Cream where I’m also producing short form content.

My time in restaurants and relationship with food have informed my video work to date, but my interests and influences extend a bit further out. I’m excited to share some of the projects and collaborations I’m working on soon.
